An eight-week men's group your church runs without us.
One man from your congregation leads it. Every man works from his own field manual. The complete facilitator package is free, and the church owns the group, the men, and the results.
A powerful moment starts the work. It doesn't finish it.
Sermons create conviction. Retreats create focus. Conferences create momentum. None of them survives contact with a Tuesday.
What a man does in the seven days after the room empties is the part nobody structures. That is the only thing this system is built to fix.
Three stages. Three things a pastor can see.
Build the Man Men who lead themselves.
A man who runs his own life on structure instead of willpower. Character, discipline, and follow-through he can be held to.
Build the Life Homes that hold.
Formation carried into marriage, fatherhood, time, and money. What he learned stops being a Sunday idea and shows up at his kitchen table.
Build the Legacy A church that keeps producing both.
Every group produces the man who runs the next one. That is not a figure of speech. It is written into the sixth session.
Build the Man is what your church can run today. The other two programs are being built after the first churches finish the first one.
No mystery. Here is the whole thing.
Eight meetings. Ninety minutes each — or sixty, using the short version of every session included in the package.
One man from your church leads it. Not a counselor, not a seminary graduate, and not us. He prepares from a written session guide and runs the night.
Every man buys his own copy of Build the Man — $16.99. No shared copies. The book is the program.
Twelve chapters, each one printing a single tool: one move, one script, one thing to track. Between meetings every man runs one move for seven days. The following week he reports a number.
The meeting is not the program. The week is the program — the meeting is where the work gets checked.
Every man takes a written self-assessment on the first night and again on the last. Your facilitator keeps the paper and brings it back in session eight, so the church has a before and after instead of an attendance count.
It doesn't end on night eight. Session eight sets two dates before the men leave the room: a check-in text on day 15 and a one-hour meeting on day 30.
Want the reasoning before the mechanics?
The Pastor Guide explains the philosophy, leadership model and why Man–Life–Legacy is designed to transfer ownership to the local church. Read it if you want the thinking behind the eight-week group before deciding whether it fits your men.
Man–Life–Legacy grew from decades of responsibility across ministry, military service and the skilled trades.
The founder establishes the vision. Implementation is designed to extend beyond one person.
What pastors usually ask before they say yes.
Does this replace our existing men's ministry?
Does our church adopt outside doctrine?
Can our own leadership carry the framework?
Who facilitates?
What does it cost to start?
Do we have to launch everything at once?
Do we have to be trained or certified?
What if our men don't do the work between meetings?
What if something serious comes up in the room?
What happens after the eight weeks?
Five steps. Then the work belongs to your church.
Build men who can carry what you're already preaching.
The guide is free. The group is yours.
